COVID-19: Wichtige Informationen

Sehr geehrte PROJECT FLOORS Partner und Interessenten,

obwohl es in unseren Reihen bis dato keinen bestätigten Infektionsfall gibt, haben wir uns aufgrund der aktuellen COVID-19 Situation und unserer sozialen Verpflichtung ab dem 16.03.2020 dazu entschlossen, die persönlichen Kontakte extern und intern auf ein Minimum zu beschränken.

Demzufolge wird unser Außendienst bis auf Weiteres keine Kundentermine vor Ort mehr wahrnehmen und die Besetzung des Büros in Hürth reduziert. Aufträge und Anfragen werden wir selbstverständlich so schnell wie möglich bearbeiten, bitten aber um Verständnis, dass es zu Verzögerungen im Tagesgeschäft kommen kann und wir derzeit keine Beratungen im Showroom vornehmen.

Die Maßnahmen gelten zunächst bis zum 27.03.2020 (verlängert bis 29.05.) und werden je nach Bedarf fortgeführt zu Ihrem und unserem Schutz.

Allen Betroffenen des Corona Virus wünschen wir eine baldige und vollständige Genesung.

Dear PROJECT FLOORS partners and prospects,

although we have no confirmed infection case among our staff members so far, we decided to limit the external and internal personal contacts to a minimum as of March 16th, 2020 due to the recent COVID-19 situation and our social responsibility.

Thus, until further notice, our sales reps will not be able to keep any appointments and the staff at our Hürth headquarters will be reduced. Orders and inquiries will be handled as quickly as possible – we ask for your understanding for any delays in the daily business.

These measures apply until May 29th, 2020 and will be prolonged if necessary, for your and our protection.

We wish all those, who are affected by the Corona virus, a speedy and full recovery.
