Environmental protection at PROJECT FLOORS

By certifying our production sites in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 – the world’s most widely recognised and significant environmental management standard – we have committed ourselves to taking environmental considerations into account in all business decisions and to continuously improving our environmental performance. This entails, for example, the careful use of all resources, the protection of water and air quality, and the reduction of waste throughout the entire manufacturing process. Compliance with these requirements is ensured through regular audits carried out by an independent certification body.

We reuse our own production waste right from the manufacturing stage. As a result, the newly manufactured product already contains an average of 27 per cent of high-quality recycled material. At the end of its useful life, the used material – thanks to its uniform composition – can be reprocessed and reintegrated into the production process in place of new raw materials. We support the environmentally sound disposal and reuse of our products and packaging through our membership of and participation in VinylPlus Deutschland e.V. and the Dual System Germany (Green Dot).
